Activity Overview

• Cubs will be indoor climbing on Monday 17 August at The Climbing Centre, Unit 3, 16-24 Borec Rd Penrith at the usual start time of 7.00pm
• For every Cub climbing, an older person (adult, or at least high school age) is needed to assist on belay. Training is given at the start of the night for this.
• Our Climbing Night will finish at 8.30pm
• All participants need a waiver completed for The Climbing Centre. This can be done prior to the night for your Cub here: TCC Membership Application & Waiver

Cost

• Cost for Cubs is $16 (special Scouts price!)
• Either send the correct money with your Cub OR you can pay for your Cub on arrival
• There is no cost for adults assisting, but not climbing

Clothing & Equipment

• Cubs are expected to wear their uniform shirts but NO SCARVES
• Cubs must wear closed-in shoes, such as joggers or climbing shoes
• Cubs should bring a small backpack for their jumper and their water bottle.

• This activity will be conducted under direct adult supervision.
