Activity Overview

• Cubs will be indoor climbing on Thursday 20 August at The Climbing Centre, Unit 3, 16-24 Borec Rd Penrith at the usual start time of 7.00pm
• For every Cub climbing, an older person (adult, or at least high school age) is needed to assist on belay. Training is given at the start for this.
• Our Climbing Night will finish at 8.30pm
• All participants need a waiver completed for The Climbing Centre. This can be done prior to the night for your Cub here: TCC Membership Application & Waiver

Cost

• Cost for Cubs is $16 (special Scouts price!)
• Either send the correct money with your Cub OR you can pay for your Cub on arrival
• There is no cost for adults assisting, but not climbing

Clothing & Equipment

• Cubs are expected to wear their uniform shirts but NO SCARVES
• Cubs must wear closed-in shoes, such as joggers or climbing shoes
• Cubs should bring a small backpack for their jumper and a water bottle.

• Own transport.
